When reviewing this website you will be asked to confirm your acceptance to any such revised terms and conditions. You agree to check this Agreement and the Rules of Conduct periodically so you will be familiar with their content as amended or modified from time to time. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you must stop viewing this website and/or using BS-SRO's services.

(c) Indemnity. You agree that Company and its licensors, distributors, contractors and agents shall have no liability whatsoever for any use You make of the Service. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Company and its licensors, suppliers, distributors, contractors and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and fees (including reasonable attorneys� fees) arising from Your use of the Service as well as from Your failure to comply with any term of this Agreement.

You may not (a) use any software that you do not have full rights to in order to connect to any service hosted by BS-SRO, this includes but is not limited to the Silkroad Online game client owned and maintained by joymax.co ltd; (b) threaten (Legally or otherwise) any user connected to this service; (c) have ever accepted the JOYMAX Silkroad User Agreement or Rules of Conduct.


BY USING OR ACCESSING OR INSTALLING ANY PART OF THE "BS-SRO" SERVICE (�SERVICE�), YOU (AND THE ENTITY OR COMPANY THAT YOU REPRESENT, IF ANY) ("YOU") ARE UNCONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS ALPHA AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICE.
